Francisco is an attorney who has dedicated himself to the rule of law. Francisco was born in Mexico but was raised in the U.S.  and has life experiences on both sides of the border; he understands both cultures, which makes him highly knowledgeable in the legal field. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and is an official legal, licensed translator for the State of Baja California Sur. He specializes in Mexican real estate and business law, trust and probate, and federal litigation; however, he also likes to help with small projects like drafting health care directives, wills, and power of attorney documents.
